Why Is Blood Pressure Not Lowering Despite Being On Tazloc?

Hello,sir' i am taking Tazloc Am 40mg from the last 14 months,1 tab morning and half tab in the night, my bp is still140/90 not coming down,i am having food without salt,but still not normal,why?...my age only 35.and my weight is 60,and height is 5ft.5inch,,,and long will take to become normal,

I will start my answer by providing the normal blood pressure figures: 100-139/60-89 mmHg. The figures of 140/90 mmHg are considered borderline normal. I can see you are already on treatment with two drugs, which are combined in one tablet. Blood pressure is an indicator that can vary in broad figures within one day. This is caused by physiological measure that the body takes to compensate for physical activity, psychological stress and hormonal level peaks and nadirs within one day. A one-time measurement of blood pressure cannot be considered variably, especially when measured after physical activity, psychological stress or consuming caffeine-based beverages. A precise means to establish the blood pressure figures, is a 24-hour blood pressure monitor, which will provide us the figures spun within a day. If even this test concludes that these figures are high, even though under treatment regimen with two blood pressure-lowering agents, then a third one should be added and a primary cause of hypertension sought.
