Why Is Levipil 500 Taken?

my daughter is now 15 years, now she is taking levipil 500 last 4 month and my family Dr. testing brain MIR,2d echo,EEG report is ok ,then local Neurologist say dot take levipil 500,at present my daughter certently suffer,my family Dr.say take Encorete Chrono 300,what can i do at persent?

Levipil and encorate chrono both are anti-epileptic and given in treatment of seizure disorder.
Encorate is time tested anti-epileptic but has various side effects.
On the othe hand, levipil is a newer drug but efficacy is not well tested and side effects are not well studied.

If your daughter is tolerating levipil and is not having seizures on this drug, i would suggest you to continue with levipil.
