Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If your baby is still breastfeeding or on milk feeds mostly, sometimes ants are attracted to the baby’s urine because of the presence of lactose sugar in the urine.
Some babies learn speech very late.
If the baby is not speaking after two and a half years, then you may consult a speech therapist.
Not accepting feeds is a common problem during the second year.
It needs patience to feed the baby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Venkata Subrahmanaym Mukkavilli
