My son is almost 5 yrs old. passing white mucus in stool.. no complaints of stomach pain. has a mild cold, blocked nose. eating normal. it happened for 2 days or so, stopped for a week and again started. frequency of passing stool is normal. stool quality is ok, not watery but seems to be little looser than his normal stool
