Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

After any vaccine, such local reactions can happen.
Just give him cold compresses (ice cube in a handkerchief)on the injection site atleast thrice a day.
You may also give him paracetamol drops every 6 hrs for a day or two.

Do not worry. He will get okay.
Best wishes.
