Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The possible reason behind this issue is mucosa irritation from tablet ingestion, giving chest pain & other discomfort.

Primary care with more liquids (preferably lukewarm), soft diet, antacids will help to recover fast.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
