Why Is My Infant Passing Yellowish Green Colour Stools?

my baby is 5month 7days. he is passing yellow green colour stool with small small round shaped undigested things.i think some mucous also present.he is having this type of stool on and off.my baby is in both bottle and breast feed.could u please why its like this

Hi...this seems to be a viral diarrhea especially because the bottle feeding is also there...usually bottle feeding will cause this and I suggest you feed with paladey or spoon to prevent this further.
Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
