Why Is My Infant Spitting Food?

hello doctor my daughter 18 months old and from yesterday nite she is spitting what ever we feed, but she is active and some times she feels vomiting sensation. Spitting in the sense when i give her food she keeps in her mouth for a while and the spits off, food intake is very less for the couple of days

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

As the child grows these are the events going happen as a milestone, once we start the baby on complementary feeds, we will feed the baby with different combination, which will confuse the baby.

As we used to give ceralac, ragi cerai, cows milk, smashed vegetables and fruits this will make the baby to confuse and we will not know the baby food of choice and the taste which the baby has liking.

So we have to decide which food is suitable for your baby, if it is spitting the food it suggest his disliking and we should provide the food which is god, healthier and to the liking of your child.
