Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum. I understand your query. Your history seems your baby might have either some kind of infection or new teeth is coming. In my opinion it may be infection as he has fever also. So i would like to advise you to visit a pediatrician for the exact diagnosis and treatment. He will guide you accordingly. No need to worry much. It will subside.

Hope this helps you.
Wish your baby speedy recovery.
Thanks.
