Hi,

This denotes chronic pharyngitis. Since it's recurrent it is really bothersome. My advice to have frequent sips of water, avoid spicy food and take timely food to avoid reflux and gas problem.

Take following medicines:
a. Broad spectrum antibiotics like Polypus CV for 5 days
b. A combination of Aceclofenac, paracetamol and Serratiopentine for 10 days
c. Anti-allergic like Bilastin and Montelucast for 3 weeks
d. A PPI like Pan D or Vonomac before breakfast for 3 weeks

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
