Hi , Dr Aimal here I just want to ask why my palatolossal arch is red and feels congested , i had severe pharyngitis last year in feb after that I just got multiple attacks even after eating something spicy that feels normal to others, feel spicy to me , i am usinh arinac on and off ...but tired now of this condition ...more than a year and the condition is not settling no bumps no raised areas even sometimes my uvula is red not full red my palatoglossal arch too , seems red boundary to palate
This denotes chronic pharyngitis. Since it's recurrent it is really bothersome. My advice to have frequent sips of water, avoid spicy food and take timely food to avoid reflux and gas problem.
Take following medicines:
a. Broad spectrum antibiotics like Polypus CV for 5 days b. A combination of Aceclofenac, paracetamol and Serratiopentine for 10 days c. Anti-allergic like Bilastin and Montelucast for 3 weeks d. A PPI like Pan D or Vonomac before breakfast for 3 weeks
