Why Is My Uterus Heavy And Has Cramps?

Hello, I was on Birth control( Ortho tri cyclen) for about 3 months and i stopped taking them a few days into the last pack. 2-3 Days later i had dark brown spotting and then 2 days after i had a full period that lasted 5 days. i had a heavy flow during these days (5/5- 5/9). Last week I ve been cramping and for the past week and a half i have been extremely fatigued. Not to mention my constant urge to pee all the time when I ve barely had much fluent intake. My uterus feels heavy and cramps come and go. Ive taken several at home hcg strip pregnancy tests and all were negative. What could this be?

Infertility Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably as per your symptoms, we need to rule out urinary tract infection first. Do urine analysis report along with ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis which can give you an exact idea of etiology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
