Why Is My Vagina Sore And Itchy Post Sex?

Hi my name is Merry. After having sex, including oral sex, I noticed that my vagina was very sore. 4 days later, makes today; it has gradually gotten worst. I am now itching! I have no discharge or odour, but I do feel cuts or scrapes in the bright part of my vagina around the opening. I'm concerned because I only have one sexual partner and have only started having sex for about 3 months after losing my virginity. I do not know the cause of this problem. I thought maybe the soreness was from recently having sex for about two weeks straight.
