Hello Nishant. I read your query carefully and I am sorry about your right side impairment.
You must understand that the movement of every limb is commanded by the brain. In your case a part of your brain has suffered a stroke which is a serious damage caused by lack of blood supply. If blood supply is not restored inside some hours unfortunately some part of your brain is permanently damaged, which in your case is the part making movement of right limbs and speech possible.
Improvement is achieved through physical therapy, as you say yourself you have gained some control and speech function, but when the damage has been sizable some deficit remains. Most improvement comes during the first 6 months, after that if there is a serious deficit you have to be prepared for the possibility that it could be permanent. The best suggestion I can make is as much movement as possible, that is the best therapy, any drugs prescribe at this stage is either to prevent another stroke re-occurring or to alleviate other accompanying symptoms, not for the paralysis itself.
I hope things work out for the best.
