Why Is The Tip Of Penis Of My 3 Year Old Son Swollen?
My 3 yr old woke up from a nap crying because his pee pee hurt.... The skin around it is EXTREMELY swollen. I am thinking a bug bite. When should I be concerned and take him to the er or dr? Or continue to do what I have done? We gave Benadryl 2 hrs ago and ice still not going down. He is still able to urnite.
