Why Is There Blood And Little Flesh In My Urine?

So about a week ago my boyfriend had fingered me it was rough but felt good at the time, until I got home, I went to go pee and there was little specs of blood, I thought he had just cut me, so I took a warm bath and sat in there for about 30mins, usually that'll do the trick, but it didn't this time, It's still Burns when I pee and It's uncomfortable to sit down for long periods of time, and it feel like my bladder is constantly full but only when I sit down and I went to go pee not to long ago and I went to wipe and there was something fleshy looking on the toilet paper, and I looked in the toilet there was a little piece of fleshy looking stuff in it, I'm just scared, what is going on?
