Hello,

As per your complain your husband has problem of blood in stool that may be because of intestinal condition or other condition. Ulcerative colitis may cause blood in stool. Diverticulitis may be ruled out. Piles means hemorrhoid problem also lead to this type of symptoms. Anal fissure may cause blood in stool. Do a stool examination test for diagnosis. Colonoscopy can be done if needed. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
