Why Is There Increased Joint Pains After Taking Prolia?

I have had three injections of Prolia at six-month intervals. I think I have had a lot more joint pain since I ve been on this drug. I don t know whether to continue it or not, as my bone density scores have been low. I made some gains with the Forteo, and my doctor says I need the Prolia to maintain these gains. Do you think the increased joint pain is coming from the Prolia?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there may not be any reason for prolia to cause the joint pains. But cant deny they are not due to the drug.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, along with other medication.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till the pains are completely cleared.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
