Why Is There Spotting After Intercourse After Insertion Of Mirena ?

i am 38 yrs old. 1 1/2 yrs back i put mirena iud due to hormonal imbalance. Afterthat, sometimes i experienced slight spotting after intercourse.what should i do for this problem

Dear nani,thanks for posting query.See minor spotting at times is common with mirena.But after relations is not normal.You might have some local problem like ulcer or something.please get your self examined for this by your doctor.This needs local examination for a cause.
