Why My 2 Months Old Is Having Excessive Secretion Of Saliva?

Hi, my baby is two and a half month old, she has excessive secretion of saliva and need to swallow every now then. Even she fell asleep, she need to swallow the saliva which sometimes choke herself. It just started for 2 days. Is anything wrong with her oral cavity?

Thanks for the query.
As you said it is only from 2 days there are lot of reasons like oral thrush, teething, stomatitis.
Is there any fever, if yes then it might be due to some infection in the throat.
