Why My Bowel Movements Are Bad That It Hurts And Bleeding There?

Hi just had surgery on 10/12 and havent been able to go to the restroom #2....and now i feel its way to big to come out I bleed and it hurts so bad to the point where im going to pass out, Im miserable very miserable help me please i dont know what to do .

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history and understood your concerns.
Noted that you had surgery recently but have difficult in passing of stool as the feces have become too thick and fear that bleeding may occur.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Get a per-rectal examination to assess the status of feces, whether present and if so whether hard or so.
Get a saline and soap enema to clear the bowel.
Continue Laxative as you must have been advised.
Sitz bath.
Go for normal full diet and changes may cause alteration of the stool.
Take care and you will be fine.
