General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The cold may be of many types, allergic, viral, eosinofilic, due to sinusitis, or deviated nasal septum.
It appears to be due to the viral infection, it chronic in nature, or there might be typhoid infection which also has the cold as a symptom.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
She may need to have MRI, and other tests for diagnosis and treatment.
Ask her to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good recovery, and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
