Why My Daughter Is Having Foul Smelling Sticky Stool?

My daughter is six and is suddenly in the past couple of months having foul smelling sticky poos which she says hurt then she can also have accidents in her pants which are quite runny but still sticky. She is using a ton of paper to wipe and I then have to use wet ones to help too.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be indicative of bacillary dysentery and in my opinion once the condition confirmed it needs to be managed with proper and sensitive antibiotics (Sulfamethaxazole with Trimethoprim ) can be given till then you can try Lyophilized Lactobacillus three times in day, ideally stool needs to be sent for culture and sensitivity if symptoms does not improved, care need to be taken for dehydration hope this information helps.
