Why My Daughter's Nose Is Bleeding?

My daughter is one. I've never seen her nose bleed but this morning when she woke up she had dried blood in her nostril. I did turn up the dehumidifer to get the moisture out of the house due to all the rain so it's a little dry in the house. But should I take her to see her doctor? It continues to reveal more dried blood even though I wipe it earlier.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi.The most common cause of nose bleed is nose picking. Does the child have habit of nose picking? As it is only one episode I.would suggest that you monitor the child and try to avoid nose picking. If frequency of bleeding increases or if there is rash or bleeding from any other site also then we need to investigate the child. At this moment I would suggest observation.
