Why My Left Breast Is Bigger Than The Other?

i am a guy 20 yrs old i have the left breast bigger than the other why

i am 20 yrs old, 89 kilos, 183 cm i am wokring out everyday, and i still have a problem the left breast bigger than the other and the right look good normal why? and what should i do?

Slight asymmetry in the breasts is quite common and has nothing to do with. If the asymmetry is very much then it should be examined by a General Surgeon and opinion will have to be taken if it needs a surgical correction.

BIGGER BREAST CAN BE EASILY REDUCED EITHER BY LASER LIPOSUCTION OR BY REDUCTION MAMMOPLASTY SURGERY.
THE SMALLER BREAST CAN BE INCREASED BY FREE FAT TRANSFER OR BY INSERTION OF A BREAST IMPLANT
