Why My Sons Hb Level Is Not Increasing?

My son is 1 year and 1 month old . His Hb level was not increasing since 8 months . Hence doctor suggested Toneferron drops. We gave 4 drops daily with Ostocalcium syrup 2.5 ml. Even then his Hb level stood at 9.4. as before. Then we did Hb Electrophoresis test and his Hb F level is 14.9 and His Hb Adult level is 80.9. We are worried about Thalessemia ...

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM
Please avoid giving calcium along with iron syrup. Both interfere for there absorption.
Please consult hematologist immediately for such investigation report.
