tender stomach for 6 days My lower stomach has been bothering me since this past Sundays. I feel bloated and I also have a feeling of fullness. It almost feels like I am always hungry even when I just ate. Then after I eat I feel like I over did it and ate too much when I had normal portions. Today I yawn and it hurts/feels uncomfortable. I am also really gassy. The feeling won't go away. I had a bowel movement so I know I'm not constipated.
You have a lower abdominal pain and bloating and feel full ,so possibly you are taking lower quantity of food and you become hungry frequently.
I understand from history that you are neither constipated nor has loose stools.
It looks like the possibility could be: (1) Gastrointestinal infection or disease upper GI bloated, nauseated and low GI having pain. (2) Urinary infection presenting with lower abdominal pain and nausea,
If i have a patient like this in my outpatient department,i would proceed with ultrasound abdomen and urine complete and treat accordingly.
As a remedy you include probiotic in diet like curd, take split soft frequent small diet and drink plenty of liquid diet.
If problem continues meet a physician and take his advice .
Hope this helps.
Take care
