Hi Mr. Satish Kumar..
Your son's height is at 15th centile and weight is at 5th centile. Anything form 5th to 95th centiles is normal. But regarding his weight he is at lower limit of normal. His BMI is 14.3kg/m2. It is lower than normal.
His Mid parental height can be 157.5 to 177.5 cm in future, that will be his target height range.
Nothing to worry about your son.
Regards - Dr. Sumanth
