General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is just a muscular pain due to over exhaustion.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

You can take bed rest for a few days.

Generally, it will settle in a couple of days.

If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
