Why The Lower Part Of My Abdomen Feel Swollen ?
The lower part of my abdomen feel very swollen. It also feels like the insides of me are very swollen. Not sure if it is intestines or female parts or both.

There are many causes for that.
Indigestion,Gaseous problem,over eating,urinary involvement,pelvic inflammatory disease.
You have to go for complete investigation like CBC,urine,USG abd to rule out any diagnosis.
Consult your physician for further guidance.
