Why The Right Testicle Is Larger Than The Left Testicle?

my son is 2 1/2 years old i just noticed that his right testicle is much larger than the left, and for the past couple of weeks, at random times he doesnt want to wear his bottoms, his diaper yes, but bottoms no.. Should i be concerned and consult with a doctor?

there is no concern as long as thee is no pain, redness or swelling of scrotum as size matters. Torsion of testis produces severe pain on testis movements which needs to be intervened immediately.
