Hi
8 to 12 bacterial cell means that you are having bacterial infection.
An ultra sound abdomen should be done to rule out possibility of diverticulitis.
Antibiotic therapy should be started with cefixime 200mg to be taken twice daily with metronidazole to be taken 400g thrice daily for 7 days. After 7days take repeat a stool routine and microscopy.
Dont take lopramide as it will constipate you hence bacterias will remain there inside intestine.
