Why There Is A Odour Like Ammonia After Itched A Scar Below The Stomach ?

I am a heavy person but very clean. I have had 3 c sections 2007, 2009 & 2012. In October I finally got the feeling back in my lower stomach but my scar itched so bad I have scratched & scratched and caused a big red scar in a large area. I have scratched so much I now have an irritated place that leaks a clear discharge but the odor is terrible. Smells like ammonia. What could this be?

The scar is now infected due to the intense scratching. I would advise you to report to your doctor for a physical examination, and most probably a course of antibiotics.
