what are the reasons for ammonia like taste and breath coming from back of mouth and throat? It also causes a burning sensation in my stomach. Comes from time to time e.g. once or twice a day for 20 to 30 minutes. Also my morning breath also stinks and tastes of ammonia. please help. Thankyou in advance.

Burning sensation in stomach and bad taste and halitosis suggests acid reflux. Visit your doctor for he will put you on antacids.Do not fast for long. Eat or drink something once in an hour. Cut down on acidic foods and beverages.
