Why There Is No Bleeding Despite Taking Mifegest?

Hi .I am 31years old. I had a problem of mild bleeding and abdominal pain.after doing USG no pregnancy was ditected but urine test was positive. My doctor prescribed me mifegest kit for abortion. But after taking mifegest kit no bleeding started and now I m finding no bleeding that was happening previously.what is the problem? Please tell me.please.

You can consult a gynaecologist and get an ultrasound scan done to look for any retained tissues which can cause similar problems.
