Why There Is Random Bleeding With Weird Smell After Abortion During Early Pregnancy?

Hi, i'm 20, and I was pregnant for 1 or 2 months, and I lose the baby. I had check up last October 2nd week, the OB told me that I'm all good, but just this 1st week of december, I keep on bleeding, not consistent, but whenever I pee or random times. My menstrual period should be on the last week of december so I know it's not yet my period, plus the blood has a weird smell.

Thanks for posting your query at HCM
First of all I would like that you have not specified that you had regular periods in October and November or not . thirdly since when has bleeding occurring
.Did you get a D and C done ?
Now that you tell the blood has a weird smell probably the remnants of the fetus have not been properly removed
You consult a your OB and seek her advice for a repeat D and C.
Plus you should also send a urine culture to rule out a urinary tract infection and get a treatment for that
