Why Unable To Discharge Sperm After Having Roliflo For Urine Problem?

Dear Doctor,
I am 38 years, 178cm , 74 kgs, I have been having urine problem for past more than a month, i have urge of passing urine but urine is not coming, i have 3 mm kidney stone on right side, but no pain at all, i went to see a doctor for urine problem, he gave roliflo 2 for 15 days to be taken, it is been 3 days i have started this medicine, but past 3 days i can not discharge my sperm, is that the side of medicine?

because the medicine relaxes the opening for sperm to come out, so your problem is a medicine side effect
