Why Was I Switched From Lorsartin To Aavapro 150mg Though It Was Working?

i was taking atenol an an lorsartin then the doctor switched to ziac/hctz an aavapro150mg now im having dizziness an was having irregular heartbeat now its only once in a while i didnt have any problem till he took the atenol away my question mainly is why would he switch when it was working ive been taking it now for two weeks the dizziness just started today
