Why Would Left Ear And Upper Left Side Of Body Be Hotter Than The Right Side?

my left ear and upper left side of my body is noticeabley hotter than my right side, confirmed by a friend. my left ear is burning hot and very red. my left arm BP is 145/92 and left arm BP is 122/82. any ideas what is wrong? i don't have insurance, do i need to see a dr?

First you should schedule an EKG and a blood pressure holter , and a cardiac ultrasound
