Will 20ml Paracetamol Affect The Liver Of 3 Year Old?
Hi I accidentally gave 20ml paracetomol instead of 10 ml for my 3 1/2 yr old son once. It was 120mg suspension.
I got confused with the 10 ml container lid to be 5 ml.
Will I child liver be affected.
LAst administered dose was before 26 hours ie. Last night.

Total daily dose of paracetol is 60mg per kg body weight.You gave 20 ml .its equivalent to 20 mg/kg
So don't worry.Be careful from next time
