Will Acyclovir Prevent Miscarriage?

i had two previous miscarriage that both occured during my 8th week of pregnancy. no miscarriage signs were seen but when i tested for an ultrasound, they found out that the fetus/embryo doesnt have a heartbeat anymore. after my 2nd miscarriage my ob requested for a TORCH test and I was found positive CMV IgG and HSV1 IgG. My ob prescribed acyclovir and i took it for 7 days. Now I think I'm pregnant again, will there be a chance that my pregnancy will continue? Is the medication that my ob gave me sufficient to prevent miscarriage again? I am 32 years old, weighs 55kls and 5'1" in height. my blodd sugar was tested normal. please enlighten me. thanks.
