Will Clomid Tablet Lead To Lower Abdominal Pain And Irregular Menstruation?

Am on 25th day while using clomiphene citrate...I have lower abdominal pain, left side stomach sore , my breasts are sore and I got fever too...can u please help me ..is this is the symptoms of pregnancy or side effects of clomid ...and I have irregular periods problem.

Hello dear !
Usually this are side effects of clomiphene citrate...that includes:
abnormal vaginal bleeding(irregular periods),
breast discomfort,
nausea and vomiting,
seizures
,headache,
shortness of breath...
Anyway...you can do also one test of pregnancy to be sure..
