Will D & C Helps To Control Heavy Flow During Periods?
Hi, ....we are trying to conceive, two cycle ago I missed miscarried & had a D & C. We waited one cycle before trying again. This would be the start of my second cycle since the D & C. However it has arrived a few days early and was very light the first day, was a light flow the second day (my normal periods are very heavy first two days and last only 5 days), disappeared the third day, half way through the forth day found some spotting and is now completely gone. Wondering if the D & C has helped with my heavy period or could I be pregnant?
I understand the issue. However if you have used contraception in the last month then pregnancy will not be a likely possibility. If contraception has not been used then the spotting and light flow may be an implantation bleeding or it may be due to the D and C and the endometrium may not have regenerated well in the first cycle after it. So please get a pregnancy test to be on the safer side 7 days after the first day of this period to rule out pregnancy. If it is negative then there is no need to worry.
