my boyfriend and i had sex last weekend and now he has one small painful rash on his pennis. what could be wrong with me?

HI!your boufriend develop painful rash may be A TRAUMATIC OR INFECTIVE ULCER.during sex penile skin is in friction with vaginal wall.due to acidic medium in vagina trauma may occur. it will get resolve with local anti-inflammatory,antibiotic ointment.if it persists more than 1 wk. you shoukd consult doctor. for severe pain u may take anti-inflammatory tab.
