Here are my Laboratory results. HSG Cervical canal is elongated, uterine outline is bulky irregular with soft tissue filling defect projecting through it The right tube is demonstrated with no free spills The left tube is not demonstrated Fibroid Right Perifimbrial adhesions Blocked left tube Anterior wall 23mm x 19mm, 30mm x 45mm posterior wall 19mm x 20mm, 30mm x 24mm Submucous wall 20mm x 25mm subserous in right iliac fossa 67mm x 58mmuterine is bulky and enteverted with multiple uterine Leiomyomata I have difficulty getting pregnant Doctor. Pls advise me

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There are multiple fibroids in the uterus and also there is tubal block. This is a bit complicated situation where there are at least 6 fibroids in different areas of the uterus. Pregnancy may be complicated and difficult in your situation. You may discuss latest treatment options at a good gynecology clinic having latest equipment and expertise.
