General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and and an elucidate history.
Noted your history of left myringoplasty under GA on 26-5-13.
Surgery failed, complete loss of hearing, mild sloping SN- Sensorineural healing loss on audiometry.
This can get a dry ear on review surgery, you get a neotympanum so that the hearing aid will function better. Sn hearing loss can be altered on on cochlear implant, but that will be the decision of your Operating Surgeon
Please go ahead for further treatment after a p[roper high resolution CT scan of the mastoids and sinuses and to treat any attendant ENT or otherwise infection.
