Will PCOS Affect Pregnancy?

Hi! I'm 30 yrs old, I weigh 200 lbs. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and as of June I've been taking fertile aid. With the help of this supplement I started my first cycle. Not sure if I'm ovulating but we've been trying. On the 16th through the 19th of july were the predictions of I'm ovulations. We tried. On the 28th my cycle should have started, instead on the 29th a brown discharge accompanied with light bleeding started. It's been 8 days now and I took a pregnancy test Friday but it came back negative. I'm confused. What could this be? Please help.
