Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The dosage of Regestrone is 10 mg twice or thrice a day, and it can be safely given once pregnancy is ruled out.

Periods usually occur within 7 to 10 days of last dose of Regestrone.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepti Verma
