Will A Bent Finger And Raw Skin Heal Naturally, Despite A Possible Tendon Injury?
Hi ,around the 4th of July , I fell and I guess landed on my hand , my guess the tendon on top of pinky maybe broke or but any way my pinky last joint won’t straighten(trigger finger?) but I tried to splint untill the tape irritated my skin so bad I couldn’t keep it on was on for over 3 wks , was ready to live with this , but where the finger is bent my skin is raw and almost like it’s gonna bust and it doesn’t hurt too bad but it doesn’t feel great , wondering if it will no matter how bad the tendon is stop hurting and the skin get bank ti norm ?
Your symptoms seem to be related to local tendinitis. I recommend using a local anti inflammatory ointment and a performing some stretching exercise. It is going to get better with time.
