Will A Dent In Leg After Hitting It Go Away With Time?

I recently tripped over a large concrete block and banged my shin on the side of this block. This was a couple of days ago but now that the scratch has healed, i can feel a dent in my leg thats lower than the rest of the area. Is this a problem to worry about, or will this just go away?
