Will A Fractured Rib Have Long Term Side Effects While Trying To Sit?
fractured 3 ribs on right side 1 and 1/2 months ago. They feel better but im still having pain when i lay down on my back on a hard surface. Trying to do a situp from there is painful also. Just wondering what if any long term effects i may have. Thanx

Fracture of the ribs heals by itself but may take upto 1& 1/2 to 2 months.Until then the discomfort and pain may be present but reduces in severity.
TREATMENT: Relax. Be assured that u wil be fine.This positive thinking is all that u have to do.Healing wil happen by itself.
